Why Heather Glen? Heather Glen is a new home community featuring 45 half-acre to 2-acre lots with spacious homes. Situated in a country setting, the subdivision features a subtle blend of scenery, with some mature, wooded lots and some open-field, pastoral lots.

The town of Garner is a growing community approximately 8 miles south of downtown Raleigh and offers many amenities, including 350 acres of parkland and the popular Lake Benson. Located just off of Ten-Ten Road on Jordan Road is our new home community, Heather Glen. It is convenient to everything, but still maintains the small-town charm that makes it a special place to call home.
